Earlier that evening he had received a note telling him to be at the Hellcat club at 9:00 sharp. Adray figured it had been from one of many female admirers, all of which were Vampuppets.
Vampuppets were the slang term for blood donors who let vamps feed on them. Adray didn’t care too much for them being anything other than food, so when one asked to be more than that, he had to either drive them off or kill them.
